Freediver

The PADI Freediver course is an introduction to the world of freediving. You will learn the fundamental techniques, breath-holding principles, and safety protocols. Gain confidence in exploring the underwater realm, discovering marine life, and experiencing the pure joy of diving on a single breath. To finish the course you will have completed a static breath hold for 1 minute and 30 seconds, swam 25 metres horizontally (Dynamic) and dived down to a minimum of 10 metres.

Advanced Freediver

The PADI Advanced Freediver course is an exciting step beyond the basic freediving skills. You'll improve your breath-hold capabilities, explore greater depths, refine your skills and endurance and learn more about safety procedures. To attain the certification, you will need to have completed a 2 minutes and 30 second Static breath hold, a 50 metre Dynamic swim and dived down to a minimum of 20 metres using the Constant weight method.

Master Freediver

The PADI Master Freediver course is the ultimate achievement for freediving enthusiasts seeking to push their limits and take their skills to new depths. Building upon the foundation of the freediver and advanced freediver courses, this comprehensive program delves into the realms of advanced equalisation methods, mental discipline, and breath-hold techniques. Through focused training sessions, you will refine your skills in dynamic, static apnea and deep diving. Under the guidance of the instructor, participants develop the confidence and ability to explore greater depths and extend their breath-holding capabilities.
At the end of the course you will have attained a minimum depth of 32 metres, a static breath-hold of 3 minutes and 30 seconds, plus a dynamic swim of 70 metres.

Yes, part of the first level is completing a 200 metre swim.

All required equipment is included in the price. However, if you have anything that you would prefer to use, feel free to bring it along.

The freediver is 2 half day sessions. The Advanced is also 2 sessions, but longer ones. The Master certification takes 3 half days sessions.
